Not an X-Trail but.......

Saw this joker tearing south along Rainbow Beach on Sunday. Not sure how far he managed to get, but I hope he made it!

What an idiot! emoticon

Re: Not an X-Trail but.......

In the days before soft-roaders people used to do this kind of thing all the time and be fine. I was talking to someone recently who did the Gibb River road years back in a 2wd although they admitted it was a bit hairy. I've taken various VWs places where 4wders wonder how I got there, never had any troubles.
I can see though, that the car in the pic is not that old and is quite a bit lower than the old ones and could get into difficulty a bit more easily.
Then again, who knows.... emoticon emoticon

A few minutes late and he would be [sign in to see URL] have seen a Rolls Royce on Rainbow cruising along believe it or [sign in to see URL] you can get away with local knowledge good on ya emoticon keeps the tourists laughing! makes me feel worse for gettin bogged
