Whatever they are worth, think of the alternative and the time spent trying to unlock them.

hehe, fine be logical about it. emoticon

On another note I'm taking them off to reduce wind noise.

Did anyone here notice much of a difference?

Re: Roof bar keys

I know this is an old thread and all, but I bought my xtrail second-hand and also had no key. However, like rescue1 also pointed out, I just used an impact drill with the correctly-fitting bit (bought in a multi-assortment box from bunnings) and had no dramas whatsoever.

Re: T30 2004 Roof Rail Keys

This seems to be an old post and I'm in the same boat as many others. I also have bought a secondhand car without keys for the rails.
My lock number is 210.
Is there a member that has this key?
OR
Has someone had a key key cut from a locksmith? If so do they know what blank was used to cut the key.

If I can arm myself with a blank number it may make it easier for the locksmith.
Regards

Problem solved thanks to Ebay and an outlay off $15. Much better than the locksmith option starting at $85.
