Re:

The door switch is the buttons on the body of the car which control the roof lights operation when the doors are shut.

Re:

yeah the er instructions on Ooriginal post... that picture says Turn ignition ON, wait 20 secs then push driver door switch 20 times then turn ignition OFF.. wait 10 secs then turn ignition back ON.
First time i did it and it didnt work.. so I kept redoing it for 5 times and all 5 times failed.

So im just wondering.. u know the er keyhole.. the round bit outside the keyhole says like IGNITION ON, START, 01234 that area... like how do u actually "START" the test lol...

Re:

The "ON" position is the one the gets your dash lights and all the xmas tree decoration lighting to come on, that's the ON position.

If you count to 4, make sure you leave the car within 20 seconds before it's too late emoticon emoticon

Re:

what about the OFF? is that like er where u can remove the key from the keyhole? or is it er...

ok 4 modes:
1. OFF FULLY
2. just the audio system comes on
3. everything comes on but engine not start
4. Engine start and goes back to 3.

so which number is the "OFF" in the instructions on original post pointing to? 1 or 2?

Thanks

Sorry if I'm making it sound confusing LOL

Re:

Off fully just as if you are ready to remove the key from the ignition.

Re:

Well, it worked for others, so you must be getting it wrong somewhere along the way.

Keep trying.
