Bonnet switch - Any Ideas ??

Hi all,

Spent last weekend fitting a Mongoose MAP80 alarm upgrade and everything seems to be OK / working apart from the bonnet switch that was supplied with the kit. I have measured, used putty etc but cannot seem to find a suitable position for the simple bonnet switch supplied with the kit. Do any T30 Xtrails worldwide come with a bonnet light ?, or has anyone seen a aftermarket bonnet light kit ??, I would really like to get something that looks "factory fitted".

I had my mate from Nissan track it down, its
part number 25360-8M300, cost $12.60 from my local dealer.
