We had the injectors cleaned properly by our dealer around 60 or 80 thousand km, really just for good measure.
They don't need to take the injectors out, there is a system they use to flush the injectors. The injectors only need to come out of there is an actual problem with them.
We have had many bottles of the Nissan injector cleaner through the car (at services) and it hasn't had any noticeable affect, except that the car may be rougher now if we had not used it.

Hi Guys,
To keep this thread on the topic of cleaning the injectors, I ask that any further information relating to fuel savers and additives is posted in THIS existing thread.
I'll be moving some of the posts from this thread to the above one, so we can continue on the subject of injectors here.
I didn't realize we had an existing thread for this stuff until I did a search.
