They're indeed and I have used them many times before when I had my T30.

Re:

great info. I have disconnected the battery a few times in the last 18m and notice the auto up doesn't work. Didn't bother me as I often like it down 50mm or so, however after some time the auto up would kick in.
Guessing I held the up for some time after it was up, not sure about 20sec. Anyway, did some welding last wend, no auto up after battery reconnect. Put it up all the way and held for about 10sec and now auto up is back.
Good tip
Cheers

Perform the reset detailed on the first page of this thread and see if it fixes the problem.

Re: Drivers window

Hello thanks for the reply

I managed to close the windows by inching it up using the switch in the non auto position 1/8" at a time (anymore than this and the window went back down again)

Now with the windows closed if I press the switch down the window will only go down 1/2" to 3/4" it then stops. I can close it again as normal but not open it anymore than 1/2" to 3/4"

I tried to reset the window by hold the switch up for exactly 20 seconds as I read in a post on here.

Any ideas Anyone ?

Re: T31 X-Trail Auto window-up Bug

Sounds like something is sticky. Press down and 'jiggle' the window gently as it goes down. Do the same going back up then re-try the auto up reset procedure.

Re:

Remove the door trim and see if there is anything stuck in the tracks or if the motor mechanism is jamming/cutting in and out.

Re:

It worked in my 2009 xtrail. My car stopped to auto up after a battery removal.

BTW i installed THIS window closer in my car and its working like a charm. When you lock the car on the car key it start closing the windows one by one.
I took some pics and later will make a DIY for you guys, its very easy to install.

Re:

Curiosity (and laziness) got the better of me with the 20 sec 'requirement' for the auto-up.

I can say that on a T31 series 4, a slow count to 5 is sufficient emoticon

Cheers,
Mark
