This will give you a good first hand account of what guys go through, over, in and some time around in the Exy. We're not biased either, some of us even give an account of how they got stuck and recovered. Yes, we have limitations but by all accounts it is a very capable car and the only real way to test it's abilities is to 'push it, get out there and have a go'. You may suprise even yourself at what YOU and the Car can do! nondisclosed_email@example.com (BlackThunda)Mon, 13 Aug 2007 16:59:55 +0000 Re: Xtrail 4WD Capabilitieshttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003566,from=rss#post2003566https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003566,from=rss#post2003566Xtra,  You will be surprised by how far the exy will go, but obviously the higher vehicles equipped with low range and diff locks will go further. However in saying that, the light weight and great torque of the exy are a massive plus and should see you through most obstacles. There is only really one way to find out, Give It a Try.nondisclosed_email@example.com (BRETT72)Mon, 13 Aug 2007 16:28:31 +0000 Re: Xtrail 4WD Capabilitieshttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003553,from=rss#post2003553https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003553,from=rss#post2003553Xtra - there are quite a number of links on this topic already - do a search on 'sand' or 'beach' and I'm sure you will find the information you are looking for.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Naff)Mon, 13 Aug 2007 12:47:50 +0000 Xtrail 4WD Capabilitieshttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003475,from=rss#post2003475https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003475,from=rss#post2003475Hi All Does anyone have any info/links on this subject. How far can I push this vehicle in the dirt. I was a little hesitant on a sandy beach (ie spongy and deep track gutters) in Albany recently. Wasn't sure if I could keep up with the bigger 4WDs ie Toyotas, Pajeros, Fords all mostly V6s with better ground clearance ???? Thanks Xtranondisclosed_email@example.com (xtra)Fri, 10 Aug 2007 13:57:50 +0000
