The price Toyota are quoting for this spare part which only fits the 1995 model Camry is half the price of the entire engine LOL Australia is one of the few countries where cars depreciate at a fast rate, yet spare parts remain at their original price (as if the car is still new) nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Thu, 02 Aug 2007 16:16:58 +0000 Re: The current X-Trail is now a RUN-OUT!https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003289,from=rss#post2003289https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003289,from=rss#post2003289quote:jalalski wrote: They'll be more willing to negotiate the price down now that they've been given the green light by Nissan and they would also be able to throw in many extras for free (I think) Even more so if the current accessories wont fit the new model! I guess 90% of accessories would be fitted at time of purchase, so when they run out of current model X-Trail stock, they'll be stuck with alot of spare parts they might have trouble moving otherwise. Perhaps the spare parts prices might come down which would be a bonus for anyone with the current model looking at getting accessories (fog lights, nudge bars, roof racks, etc) nondisclosed_email@example.com (basshead)Thu, 02 Aug 2007 15:25:40 +0000 Re: The current X-Trail is now a RUN-OUT!https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003281,from=rss#post2003281https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003281,from=rss#post2003281They'll be more willing to negotiate the price down now that they've been given the green light by Nissan and they would also be able to throw in many extras for free (I think)nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Wed, 01 Aug 2007 20:56:57 +0000 Re: The current X-Trail is now a RUN-OUT!https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003280,from=rss#post2003280https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003280,from=rss#post2003280thats no different to what they have been offering for the last few months...... just a publicity stunt really, but i guess you would be in a good position to beat them down some more!nondisclosed_email@example.com (Y WAIT)Wed, 01 Aug 2007 20:48:12 +0000 The current X-Trail is now a RUN-OUT!https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003278,from=rss#post2003278https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2003278,from=rss#post2003278Hi Guys, I have received an email from Nissan Australia officially stating that the current shape exy is now in run-out mode in preparation for the new coming exy to hit the stores in October.
