Re: vibration
A muffler vibration won't make it sound and feel like engine misfiring like you have described this problem initially.
If you can give us the exact description of the vibration, it'll make our guess work easier

Re: vibration
Are you feeling the vibration through the steering or is it an overall type of vibration felt through the entire car?
Is the vibration accompanied with any sound or just a silent type of vibration?

Re: vibration
Are you using a K&N or the standard paper type air filter and if so, have you checked the state of your air filter at all? Some nissan dealer don't even touch the air filter unless you tell them so.
It might be a case of a clogged air filter.
If this is not the cause, start-up the car from cold and pop your head down under the car and see if any of the heat shields around the exhaust pipes are bent and touching.

Re: vibration
Just for the record, a leaky injector wont noticeably affect your fuel economy, it only allows enough fuel to leak into the cylinder to foul the plug during starting.
