================

Had the petrol engine from the X-Trail. Sigh. Evry review I have read says the Dualis is gutless and yet it has the underpinings of the X-Trail. what were the the Euros thinking?

If it had the same engine as the xtrail, it wouldn't be called a Dualis anymore. Nissan specifically introduced the Dualis with a 2.0LT engine to offer those Mum's an option of driving a compact 4WD for their daily shop runs without taking it off-road. It now also comes as a 2WD option.

Think of it as an oversized hatchback.

Re: It's Official *New Nissan Dualis in Australia*

i think you will find it is actually the same motor as the extrail, just 2.0litres instead of 2.5 just like they did with the RB range of motors, you could get that motor from 2.0 right through to 3.0, but basically the same motor.

The new Dualis also comes with a 7seat option! they dont look big enough, surely they would have put a 7 seat option into the xtrail first - maybe down the track.

someone mentioned a Turbo Xtrail - that would be awesome, Turbo 2.5 sweet. being a nissan, i dont think they would be too hard to bolt one on surely!
