New UK Member - POM Alert!

Hi guys, hope you don't mind having a POM as a member of your site, perhaps you've got many already! Wish we could have given you more of a game with the cricket! LOL

I'm in Lancashire, North West UK, and am hoping to find many useful tips from your members on this site.
I'm currently running my 2nd Series II XT - both diesel models, 2.2DCI - Most people are running Derv XTs in the UK.
Loving the XT it's a wonderful, versatile machine - will post pics soon, just show me where.

My XT is a special edition FATFACE model here in the UK, hence the username!!

G'day to you all

Mikey

Welcome Mikey.

Now that you have explained the name, how about a pic of the car. Is there any difference to the Oz model.

 Oh, by the way...

Re: New UK Member - POM Alert!

Mikey,
Welcome to the best forum on the net we are a bit bias. I have heard in the news that the Poms are trying to stop the word Pom being used as it is derogative have you heard this as you posted yourself as a Pom as I would say I'm an Aussie and a Newzealander would call himself a Kiwi.
I hope we can learn heaps from each other emoticon

Mike,

Depends what you mean by "good". They look awesome but that is a matter of personal taste I guess. The quality if fabulous as well and they will last for 7 years.
