Re:

Re:

Kev, Nath,
You are life savers!
This was driving me nuts, coming from an early 90's beemer to the Xie I could nor believe the windows still worked on such an Ancient circuit. Even Falcons and Commodores have window delay....

I bought the Jcar kit for this and it bench tested perfectly but for the life of me it would not wire into the car and work the same way so for a quater of the price i took your list back to Jcar and and hour later I had it sorted!
I slipped the relay into the box with the board and tucked it all into the kickpanel near the bonnet releaseit works like a charm.

I hope I can be of as much help to you guys one day,

Cheers.

Luke.

Re: Power Window Relay

Kev it works a treat emoticon i have never done anything like this circuit or any for that matter and even i managed to work out on how to do it thanks to your great pic's and your write up.
The only thing i stuffed up on was the LED it dont work but doesn't matter.

Cheers Ray

Re: Power Window Relay

All thanks greatfully received Luke and Ray.

Ray,
if the LED is not working then you probably have just soldered it in the wrong way around.
