Finally, there was another model which was un-officially released in January 2003 and this has not been given a model name, cause Nissan just couldn't work-out what to call it

We'll just call it....

Jalal, I thought all Exys released up to 2005 had 132KW but it says otherwise as per your links. Seems all exy with the slimmer front grill are 123KW? emoticon

Hi Vik, All X-Trails up to 2005 (excluding 2006) models were 132KW indeed. The 2006 models (which includes ST, ST-S, Ti and Ti Luxury) are 123KW

The links must be referring to an updated spec sheets of Series II which now has 123KW or they just got it wrong when they copied the "Get Real Deal" advert. from Nissan LOL

Re: X-TRAIL MODEL LINE-UP IN AUSTRALIA

Given the state of the economy and the fact that many dealerships are closing down or going into receivership, I doubt we'll see anything new being released until this is over. It'll be mad to bring in something new when they're struggling to make a sale or even meet their sales quota per month.

Re: X-TRAIL MODEL LINE-UP IN AUSTRALIA

Hi Folks
Just read on the net that Nissan will be announcing a new or perhaps small change in design & features of the X-Trail. An official annoucement will be made at the Australian Car Show in October. Front & rear lights will be a little different. Dash gauges may be a little bigger &
may be a few different colours.
Are you aware of this Jalal ? ( hope I posted this in the right spot)

Re: X-TRAIL MODEL LINE-UP IN AUSTRALIA

This may be a silly question, but if my car is and October 03 model T30 manual trans. Does that make it a series 2 ? I could tell the difference between skylines with their bumper kits (prev car was R33 gtst) are there similar traits with the Xtrails e.g diff head lights, front bumpers etc?

Thank you,

Aif

Re:

Round reflectors in the rear bumper means it will be a Series 2, rectangular reflectors in the rear bumper means it is a Series 1.
