I'm regularly doing about 100-130kms with the light on. Using 50L to 54L fueling up.

Re: Low fuel warning light

Gday everyone,
We take delivery of a brand new T31 CVT petrol exy probably Wednesday and I will definately be running the Premium fuel. I don't know what the results will be but from my experience {and extensive testing with our '95 model Sesat toledo the premium fuel provided noticeabey better performance and increased range by an average of 50 KM. Since the premium fuel costs around an extra $5 to fill an empty tank this equates to pretty much the same cost in relation to km/litre ratios. What this means in my example with the Seat Toledo is why not have the extra performance as the cost per Km is the same? For me I will always put the premiom fuel in the X.

Re:

I refuelled today at Atherton with 560km on the clock and the light still hadn't come on. Best I've done so far. That was country driving with about 40km around Cairns stop start stop shop etc. Recently had the crank & cam sensors replaced and that may have influenced things.
