I've got a black ST series 2 manufactured in March '05. It's got Nissan genuine nudge bar, alloys, side steps, fog lamps, roof bars and tow pack. On top of that I've got the rear protection tray and floor mats called SandGrabbers (they are a deep floor mat - great for the beach). I live in Brisbane.nondisclosed_email@example.com (qldxtrail)Tue, 23 May 2006 21:11:00 +0000 Re: New from Sunshine Coast.https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872828,from=rss#post872828https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872828,from=rss#post872828Hi Dez, welcome back. What an awesome pic indeed. Mate, now that you have posted this pic and it has something that no other xtrail currently has in Australia, you will be bombarded with questions about the snorkel (I'll be the first to ask you many questions) Can I please suggest that you post a pic of your snorkel in THIS thread and tell us more about the whole set-up (inside and outside) it looks very nice indeed.nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Sat, 06 May 2006 15:49:11 +0000 Re: New from Sunshine Coast.https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872827,from=rss#post872827https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872827,from=rss#post872827G'day Jalal, Long time no speak, but i have finally been able to get a photo on my intro. I'll hopefully get the opportunity to find out in two weekend's time when we go to Oberon - I've been told that a few weekend's ago there was 20cm of snow on the roads @ Black Springs... Definitely looking forward to that weekend, but if today's weather is anything to go by (24 degrees in Sydney!) I don't like my chances of there being any snow. It's good to see more and more owners willing to take their X-Trail offroad like they're intended to be used! Any reports on the Coopers? I haven't heard of their "Lifeliner" models - maybe I should look harder at their website - are they a light-truck tyre or an all-terrain tyre? nondisclosed_email@example.com (basshead)Mon, 25 Jul 2005 16:52:49 +0000 Re: New from Sunshine Coast.https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872819,from=rss#post872819https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872819,from=rss#post872819 =D G'day Matt,            thanks for the welcome, and the colour is champaigne, sort of goldy silverish and sometimes dirty.  I'll get some photo's posted as soon as i get the instructions sorted.  Always looking Dez. =D nondisclosed_email@example.com (mgf50)Sun, 24 Jul 2005 22:38:35 +0000 Re: New from Sunshine Coast.https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872818,from=rss#post872818https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872818,from=rss#post872818Hi Dez, Welcome to the forum. Also, your avatar (i.e. the pic under your username in the profile) seems to have a broken link, so you may want to host the image/pic you have selected to be your avatar to be hosted on ImageShack as well. I would really like to add photo's but i'm not very computer literate, and could use some help. Always looking Dez. =D P.S.The transmission cooler is a radiator for your automatic, generally used for towing or heavy going ie: soft sand.As we know the Xe turns to 2WD from LOCK when trans gets hot ie;bogged, not ideal so i've put a couple of fans on it that i can turn on when i want as well. =D (Admin) Number plates removed for privacy reasonsnondisclosed_email@example.com (mgf50)Sat, 23 Jul 2005 16:33:14 +0000 Re: New from Sunshine Coast.https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872815,from=rss#post872815https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872815,from=rss#post872815Hi Dez, Welcome to our forum and am happy you made it Interesting mods you got there mate and I'm particularly interested to see someone else with the Maxe nudge bar (beside me) as I've been driving around nearly 3 years and I have not seen a single xtrail fitted with it yet. Are you happy with it and have you got any spotties fitted to it? There is an existing thread that discussed the hi-clones and it would be good if you can contribute to it for the benefit of other members HERE it is. What is the transmission cooler mod? Please post pics of your exy if you have any. Enjoy your stay here and give us (The Admin Team) a yell if you need any help with something. nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Sat, 23 Jul 2005 15:20:18 +0000 New from Sunshine Coast.https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872814,from=rss#post872814https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p872814,from=rss#post872814G'day everyone, I'm Desmond and this is my wife Beverley. We bought our 2002 X-trail ST.in April 2003.Took it for a test drive, loved it, bought it.We both love camping and go up to Noosa north shore,Double island point as often as we can.I've done a few mods: tint,K&N filter,Hi-clone,trans cooler,Nissan tow bar,Maxe- Nudge bar(stainless),AMG alloys with Cooper 235/60/16 lifeliners, chemical & electronic rust proof.I have just acquired a set of Nissan factory alloys off a 200SX with Bridgestone 215/70/16 A/T's fitted.Last week we did tour#11, Conondales, out of Dirty Weekends in S.E.Queensland 4WD guide book,8 water crossings steeeep descents and dusty corrugated roads,it was great.I think this forum is very helpfull, keep up the good work look forward to chatting.            Always looking Dez. nondisclosed_email@example.com (mgf50)Sat, 23 Jul 2005 12:57:51 +0000
