If the motor could be changed to a brushless motor and a speed controller linked into the throttle then it could be worth trying.
These "electric" superchargers have been proven to be worthless, they have been discussed on many performance car sites over the last few years, the result each time is that they are a waste of money.
Forced induction is not this easy or this cheap, at least not if you want to do it properly.
