Mate no matter how long it has taken you, look at the result.
I doubt ARB could have done a better job than you did.
Did you mount it to either side of the towbar ( I can see little droppers on either side) as well as the towball?
I guess if it was only mounted to the towball, it would rock/flex a little when loaded.

What is the visibility like looking out the back window, the spare tyre looks like it sits quite high?
Did you consider putting the spare on the other side or was there method in your madness?
