Hmmm, still not a good enough reason to lower a 4WD LOL
It's a personal choice I guess, but in my opinion it defeats the purpose of the X-Trail
Adjustable height shocks on the other hand sounds like a good idea.

personal choice the key word we need to be different it just opens up a new part of the forum for people to explore.Adjustable height sounds good once lowered.
My wife just walked in and said is someone lowering there car on the forum I had to say no who would do that I see it as lowerd she see's it as how much did that cost
