I certainly was not treating with distain any of the time and effort 'our' drivers have presented on our site. I should have said, the motoring journalists; who may or may not have preconceptions about what they test drive. Thanks for directing me to the T31 section. I should have done a search, shouldnt I. Always in a hurry to find stuff. Thanks for a fab site and layout.  [Note! What else can one classify drivers opinions other than definitive info? In turns out that the Nissan Rouge is larger than the xtrail and the Qashqai. My apologies to Dom when I thought that the Nissan Rouge and Qashqai are the same car. They're not! HERE is another set of spy photos of what looks like a Nissan Rouge getting modified in preparation for the design of the 2008 Nissan SUV. I can't wait for March the 8th LOL nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Fri, 09 Feb 2007 22:00:04 +0000 Re: New X-Trailhttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p1997117,from=rss#post1997117https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p1997117,from=rss#post1997117The Murano is butt ugly. Do they actually sell any of them - I've hardly seen any on the road, maybe just one or two. The pics of the rogue look much more stylish and less rounded to me - but then, beauty is always in the eye of the beholder... In Australia will be getting the Nissan Qashqai (which is exactly the same as the Rouge) It has already been released in the UK to the dealers. Just an over-sized hatchback or a small Murano. Photos of the new model xtrail will more likely to appear in their final detail in March this year.nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Wed, 31 Jan 2007 22:22:39 +0000 Re: New X-Trailhttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p1997111,from=rss#post1997111https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p1997111,from=rss#post1997111Here's some more detail and good pics on the Nissan Rogue. Now if that rogue had been available here at my end of 2 year lease a few months ago, I would have gladly swapped and taken the hit on "superseded model" trade-ins. Who wouldn't wanna be 30 again ??? But I can't see any win if the new model is just a small change from the current exy as per pictures above. The performance set back on latest exy and meagre trade-in quotes convinced me to keep my exy another year. And I love the center speedo and the box it gives us behind the drivers wheel (for phones, navmans etc.,) and the extra blast of air-conditioning from the drivers wheel outlet - so I couldn't swap for a Toyota Rav 4 or anything else. Guess I might just have to keep the exy a few more years.. Cheers DOM nondisclosed_email@example.com (DOMBenedict)Wed, 31 Jan 2007 22:16:45 +0000 Re: New X-Trailhttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p1996663,from=rss#post1996663https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p1996663,from=rss#post1996663quote:AussieMINI wrote: Well I have to say it doesn't look much different than the current exy. The new exy will see the dash dials move to their usual place (i.e. behind the steering) I guess you gonna have to get a HUD and mount it in the centre of the dash, if you're in love with the current centre dials LOL There will be NO diesel or turbo versions coming to Australia with the new model. I think it was done on purpose as part of disguising the appearance while in design phase. The nissan badge was also removed as part of the same tactic. The front looks to me more like the Renault.
