Re: How to remove unwanted scratches ???
Got my exy back yesterday, all teeth marks gone, plus a new bumper on the back which kinda shows how faded the duco is these days. Now just gotta fix a few stone chips and get the headlights polished, the yellow looks disgusting against the new paintwork.

Re: How to remove unwanted scratches ???
All the toothmarks are now gone, and no more rust in those places, and have a few new bits.
Here is the bonnet and both mudguards, and a brand new bonnet protector:
The mirror had teethmarks on it as well, so that was replaced with a new one. The drivers door was resprayed (so the rusting egg damage is fixed), and a chip in the rear door was touched up so I can't see it.
The rear bumper was also replaced completely new, and you can see the comparison with the old and new paintwork. Even the water sits on it differently.
The work was broken into two separate claims - one for the animal damage and one for the car running into me. No excess on the bump from behind, but had to pay $500 on the horse damage.
Next thing to do is call The Touch Up Guys and get the rest of the stone chips around the car fixed, and get the yellow polished off the headlights. It will look almost new again.
Oh yes, and a new set of 5 Geolanders at the end of the week.

Re: How to remove unwanted scratches ???
Looking good Julie, you should have asked them to colour-code the door moulds while they were removed. You definitely need a set of eyelids now
The water sits differently on the bumper not because of the paint but because it's plastic compared to the rear metal panel. The paint will always look slightly different between the bumper and the panels.
