Driving light covers (where to buy?)
Hey all,
I just picked up my new X-Trail on Friday. I got a black ST with the end of finacial year pack (nudgebar, roofracks, kickplates, floor mat, $1,000 free fuel, blah, blah, blah).
The problem is it also came with driving lights that don't have covers. They are 160mm Hellas and I'd hate to fork out the cash to replace one if it was cracked from a stone etc.
Anyone know where I can buy driving light covers by themselves? I don't mind if they're clear, black or white.
I went to all the car part retailers over the weekend (Supercheap, Repco etc) and they didn't have any.
Any ideas???
Danny

Re: Driving light covers (where to buy?)
Danny,
Same thing with mine, came with no covers, exact same lights it sounds. Got a set of clear protectors from Autobarn, can't remember the exact price. They were a bit pricy though, around $50 for the set.
The clear ones are excellent, no need to ever remove the covers like most people have to do the the white covers.
Cheers

Re: Driving light covers (where to buy?)
The other option would be to contact Hella Australia for pricing and they can also tell you who is your nearest supplier.
I paid $25 each for my clear Hella covers for my Rallye 1000's, so Noel's figure is correct.
