Fuse is back in and all is working now as Jalal said. Nobody at the dealership seemed to have a clue why the factory would take it out in the first place, though.

It should go into one of empty fuse slots in the fuse box located under the steering column.
You will see an empty slot for it somewhere on the 2nd row of fuses I think.

there are 3 fuse positions at the very bottom row which are spare fuses and wont have any names against them. These are not the ones you need to try.
There should be an empty position under one of the fuses with a name on the diagram.
Try that, while I open the CD Manual and give you the exact position later tonight.
