Re: rubber mats

Hi Johnny and I hope you're enjoying your xtrail.

The front rubber mats are available in two styles:

1. All rubber mats, which I couldn't find in Australia, but they're available in Canada (see link below and scroll down to the middle of the page)

http://www.oakvillenissan.com/PartsSpecials.cfm

2. Part carpet and part rubber mats, which are available from nissan australia and probably other countries as well.

Good luck.

Re: rubber mats

The all-rubber mats are available in Australia.

I got them as an option when I got my Exy earlier this year.

Check with your Nissan dealer. Or, Kmart also sell them emoticon

Dave, did you get the genuine nissan xtrail all-rubber mats from nissan when you bought your car or after-market ones?

I was referring the genuine nissan mats. I've seen the ones you mentioned at Kmart.

Re: rubber mats

Thanks for the reply Dave,

Didn't know that nissan australia had the all-rubber genuine mats. I guess I have to check them-out. They're certainly not showing in the accessory range line-up.

Re: rubber mats

Yeah that is wierd Jalal,

When we were going through what accessories we wanted, the dealer (Parramatta Nissan) actually asked which we would prefer. We picked the all rubber (a fact I am eternally grateful for emoticon), and was never mentioned again.

I was quite surprised to see you guys asking about it....

Re: rubber mats

I have been using a set of rubbermats from "supercheap auto" for a couple of years.

They are the type that are quite large and have the raised sides so everything gets trapped on the rubber. many a thai dinner have tipped and spilled, but hosed out without damage or stain. Also great for catching sand mud and for jalal - spilt car polish

cheers
Pete
