The steel bar in the center a\has two mounting holes which are in extended bits of the steel which stick out from the back of the bar. So you couldn't mount 3 there even if you wanted to. 8(
I have the Hella's arriving on Friday, so hopefully I'll have time on friday night to mount them before Saturday.

Is the centre (chrome) bar solid (ie: tube), or is it a u-shape (ie: can you put your fingers around the back of it?). Either way, you could just drill some holes into it (making sure the lights fit there first). Once the lights are there, you wont be able to see the old un-used brackets anyway (or you could use one of them for a CB antenna if you decide to get one that is)...
