radio removal

I have been following the very good guide on replacing my radio. I am at the point where I have to remove the two white plugs from the radio itself. They will not budge. It looks like there is a locking clip or some such , but can't figure out how to get these out! Any ideas? I do not want to ruin them as I have the neccessary harnesses to keep things simple. Any help appreciated. emoticon

Re:

Ok I looked into this and eventually found my solution. It is surprising how simple some things can be!
I managed to get into a service manual and found a pic pic. Basically you push down on the little bit in the middle. So now I can get on with my install of my new radio. JVC model KW-R920BT. Yep KW does stand for kenwood, who it seems have been bought out by JVC (or maybe around the other way but they do call it JVCKenwood) Anyway just FYI.
