It may be one of the fixing points of the roof rails either side.
Pour some water near them and see if the leak appears.

The most accurate diagnosis would be to try and remove the head-lining and see where the leak is coming from but in my 10+ experience with xtrails, I have never come across one that leaked from the roof and am including my own T30 in this statement, even after I drilled the roof to pass through the wiring for the hyper roof rails with lights. If it is caused by rust around the base of the antenna, then it's a different matter.
