Yokohama Geolanders HT/S GO 51

A. 215/70/15
B. H/T Road 90% dirt 10%
C. $ 222 per tyre (get 4 pay for 3 deal)
D. Seem very good so far, much quieter than AT/S, car feels more nimble on road. Tread pattern will allow for grip on dirt and sand.

Toyo C100 SUV

 A. 225/55R18
 B. more of a road tyre than anything i guess
 C. $221 (4th one is free) + free alignment
 D. Only just put them on but so far feel very comfortable and quiet compared to the OEM dunlop sp 7000 which were awesome tyres. Although side wall feels a tad bit softer than the dunlops.

 B. AT
 C. 400 GBP
 D. Very satisfied, a small increase in road noise, a small feeling through the floor of the car as the chunks rotate. Fuel impact increased a small amount, Still have very good road manners and grip, performed very well offroad so far.

Very nice indeed. Much quieter than the Federal/Dunlop mix I had before. Quieter and less understeer. Great in wet and dry conditions, have only been on tarmac so far (6 weeks old).

Re: **What Tyres Do You Have?** Reference Poll Thread

Replaced the terrible stock Geolandar G91AV on my brand new x Trail as I couldnt withstand road noise and harsh ride as well as poor grip.

Michelin primacy suv
Size 225/65/R17
Prie 210$ each minus 100$ cashback for buying 4 tires
Impression: The vehicle has totally transformed. Smoother ride, excellent grip in dry and wet. And above all better braking.

Now if anyone interested in buying thr near new Geolandars. Let me know.

Re: Bridgestone Ecopia EP850

Fitted Bridgestone Ecopia EP850 225/60R18 100H to the TL today.Total cost was $812, which included front and back wheel alignment. I have had Ecopia fitted to the wife's Mazda for the past four years and have been waiting to fit them to the TL. Initial impressions have been fantastic. Having just driven from Canberra to Perth, it will be interesting to compare them to the original tyres on the return journey. I used 230.39 L on the trip over, will be interested to see how much I use on the way back.

They were fitted by Bridgestone Select Morley. They were absolutely fantastic and highly recommend them if you live in Perth.

Re: Bridgestone Ecopia EP850

 A. 215/65R16 - Stock alloys
 B. Bridgestone Ecopia EP850
 C. $175ea but got 4 for 3 deal so $525 all up
 D. At the moment I am pretty disappointed.

On wet bitumen, in a straight line, if I try to accelerate hard they spin a little then grip....I do some hills driving, granted the Exy is stock (but I want to mod to improve handling soon) and I think I am going to have to err on the side of caution.

Glad I didn't blow too much money.

I put Silverstone Estiva x5 in same size on wife's Subaru Forester and they seem so much better... and at $105 or so a pop I am kicking myself I didn't go that route.

Edit: I am now thinking of going for a wider 16"alloy or go to a 17" wheel and 225/60r17's

Edit 2: Actually, gonna search for Murano wheels locally....stuff it
