Re: Tyre Pressures
I've discussed tyre pressures with Bridgestone many times over the years in relation to several different work & private vehicles shod with either Bridgestone D694's or D697's being used in varying environments motivated by obtaining optimal performance and extending tyre life. Their advice has essentially amounted to the following.
There will be slight variations of course when towing dependant on towing weight, but the following is a pretty good guide for A/T tyre pressures not towing.
36psi front and rear for predominantly highway/freeway bitumen driving for significantly better handling and mileage.
32-34 psi front and rear for gravel road/dirt road.
30-32 psi front & rear for 4WD rough gravel/rocky tracks
28ish (or lower) for 1st & 2nd gear type difficult tracks
Obviously, if you encounter all of these road/track types regularly, tyre deflaters & a compressor are a must.

Very happy that I will get between 75 - 90,000kms before they will need replacing.
Never had tires last that long before....
Sounds like they are working well for you. I've never Geos last that well. Barely got 30,000km out of them on a Pajero. But, having said that, they were fitted to vehicles that did 50-75% of their km off bitumen.
You will find that at some point they will "go off" when they are somewhere around 75-80% worn. When I say go off, I mean that one day you will notice a sudden deterioration in tyre performance, even though your pressures are still ok and the tread hasn't worn down to the wear indicator. When you notice this sudden deterioration, it's to replace them regardless of tread depth. There is no point trying to squeeze a few more km out of them as they will invariably let you down in the wet or in some other way when you really need them. It's simply not worth the risk.
As a rule of thumb, your last half tread life will be half of the first half, so based on your current tyre wear, I'd prepare to replace them somewhere around 65,000km mark.

Re:
I still love these tyres.
Every fortnight I drive 3 hours to Cairns shopping.
There's about 16km of really rough badly maintained gravel road, split into 4 sections in the first 32 km, with some bends that catch a lot of locals out going too fast.
The tyres have been fantastic on this road and I feel totally confident.
They've been reasonable in the mud too, but it's over 4 years since we saw enough rain to have any. :/

Re: Yokohama Geolander AT/S Mileage and Fuel Economy
Just about to change Geo AT/S after 70,000km, down to about 2.5mm all around. Found that the tyres became quite noisy on the road after about 50,000km, looking around at other options which are a bit less expensive.
