Drivers window stuck down

Hi all. Today I have the driver's window stuck down.

I've pulled out the window swtich block and put a multimeter across all the switches. I'm getting 12v for up and down on all switches and so suspect that the driver's window relay is broken. I've seen posts showing this relay as M3, but I don't know where abouts it is located.

Can someone please help?

Regards,

Re:

Sorry about posting this thread in the wrong place.

I'm only guessing that it is the window relay that's broken. It could be the window motor itself. I tried to remove the motor but it seems you can only do that when the window is up, but mine is stuck all the way down.

Is there a way of manually turning the motor to get the window to come up?

Re:

If you can get to the motor terminal try disconnecting them and feed the terminal power directly from the car's battery to see if it's still working or not. You may be able to push the window up manually but I doubt it will stay in place unless you jam something under it.

Re: Drivers window stuck down

If the other windows are working then it is not the power window relay as it supplies power to all windows.
It could be a loose connector too.
