Speaking for the Rhino Heavy Duty Bars:
When I have them on, they are noisy as hell. Whistle non-stop even at low speeds (40km/h, etc), so irritating. So only buy them if you specifically need the sturdiness of a heavy duty bar. I bought them specifically to mount my rooftop tent for the last christmas trip.
Like Todd's though, they are also adjustable. So size-wise, they'd fit either the T30 or T31, the only difference would be the mounting feet/kit for the particular car/model. I can't remember my exact price, but I think I paid the higher end of your quoted figures or just above? (I needed them quickly and couldn't be bothered looking around at the time)
The secret to cut down the noise is to make sure you have the rubber fitted to the top of the bar and get another strip and fit it to the bottom (before final fitting)

Re:
Have the rubber fitted on top (with no gaps) but hadn't thought of the rubber strip on the bottom, although during my trip I did tape the ENTIRE bar with heavy duty duct tape, haha. I hate noises, so I went pretty overboard in my attempt to eliminate it. No luck though
