Tom's Series 5 T31 4WD

Hey guys,

Owned this beauty for about a week. Just starting the long and costly process of converting it for camping trips/trail driving. A few colleagues have pathfinders and 4runners, and my brother just bought a D22 Navara, so i get teased for having the baby of the bunch lol.

Currently i have:
Towbar
Supertrim Neoprene(wetsuit) seat covers
3D boot liner
Smoked XTRAIL bonnet protector
Rhino Rack roof platform

What i intend to purchase:
ECB Arc Bar
Twin Spotties
Rhino Rack/Nissan Roof racks (for the platform)
Wheel strap and full size spare (for the platform)
Rod Holders (for the platform???)
Recovery kit, 12v compressor, tyre gauge etc etc
Yokohama Geolander AT-S (any other suggestions)

Pics below, thanks for looking!

Good place to start Tom.
One thing at a time and the cost doesn't hurt so much.

Re:

Nice list of mods on the wish list, but you really shouldn't overlook in investing in a set of Bash Plates to protect your pride and joy in those camping trips emoticon

Re:

I started on the basics (nose protector, mats all round, towbar, tint, rear draw and cargo blind). Now I've started with the more serious add-ons (bash plates on order) and maybe some roof racks for the right price.

The bash plates are probably one of the more 'mandatory' upgrades emoticon

Cheers,
Mark

Re:

Guys,

Getting heaps of noise from the basket at 80KM+

Has anyone fitted a Rola Vortex to Rhino HD's before? Do they reduce a lot of wind noise?
