If it's leaking from the top or bottom radiator hose, you might want to change the clamp to a screw-tightening worm drive hose clamp, will make it easier to clamp on tighter than the factory type ones.

If you are talking about the overflow hose then replace the clamp on that hose or fit one if one's not there and change the radiator cap you might have a bad cap

It is leaking from the overflow hose. The mechanic tighten it up somehow and according to him its just that the hose was loose and no big issues.
