Smashed window

Not having the greatest holiday ... Some *expletive* smashed my rear right window and stole my engel fridge eski and my garmin gps. The eski was dragged out the window and scratched the paint too. Waiting for nissan geelong to get the window in and get fixed this afternoon or tomorrow. Quoted 460 + labour

(Jalal, was not sure where to post this, feel free to move it wherever)

Re:

Sorry to hear that Josh.

Can't believe there are still some people who would risk being imprisoned (if caught) for something like this!

Re:

Mate that is not good and I suppose the police can not do anything but try and dust for prints if they can.

Sorry to hear that this may have ruined your holidays.

Re:

2 other cars got broken into as well ... Not really a "secure" car-park. Vic Police got a print from one of the other cars and he is on cctv so hopefully he is picked up soon.

Going to turn green and rage like the hulk if something else goes wrong on this trip.

Re: Smashed window

Hope you had insurance with all glass cover not just windscreen, also for those who don't know your household contents (mine Shannons) covers your goods such as laptops, cameras ,gps, fridges etc for up to $3000 total or $1000 each item when being transported in your vehicle. You would have to check with you're own insurance company .My brother in law didn't know you could get it and didn't have it till i mentioned it to him after he was broken into out the back of the Gold Coast at a waterfall.
